My Values
At my core, I’m deeply motivated by purpose and the “why” behind the work. That means taking the time to truly understand an organization’s mission, vision, goals, and north-star metrics, and ensuring that everything I do has a meaningful and measurable impact on the business’ objectives. When you work with me, I will want to really know your business and what matters most to you, I will provide direct recommendations, and I will focus on impact over activity.
My Experience
I’ve had the opportunity to work across a wide range of industries and business models—from a bootstrapped retail startup, to a Fortune 500 consumer brand, to SaaS companies scaling from Series B to Unicorn valuation. That breadth of experience ultimately led me to fractional leadership and advisory work, where I can apply pattern recognition, judgment, and executive-level thinking across the organizations that I work with.
